Draft outline details

Step by step

  1. Define criteria: willingness, representative stack, visible work, manager support, tolerable risk.
  2. Score the 20 teams from interviews and delivery data.
  3. Choose three with different stacks so lessons generalize.
  4. Planned mistake: picking the three friendliest teams, all on one simple stack. Fix: include one harder, representative team and agree extra support.
  5. Agree pilot terms: duration, support, success criteria, what the team gets.
  6. Publish the selection reasons so other teams see fairness.
