Status reports
On This Lesson 4 topics
This lesson is planned. The outline below lists the topics it will cover. The full lesson has not been published yet.
In this lesson
write status reports that are honest and useful.
Planned topics
- Structure: overall status, progress since last report, next period, risks, and asks (decisions or help needed).
- Define status colors by criteria (for example amber when a milestone is at risk of slipping), so green is meaningful.
- State risks while they can still be fixed; do not wait for red.
- Keep it to one page and the same format every time.
