Value streams and processes
On This Lesson 4 topics
This lesson is planned. The outline below lists the topics it will cover. The full lesson has not been published yet.
In this lesson
model how value reaches the customer end to end, then place processes inside it.
Planned topics
- A value stream is the sequence of stages that delivers a result to a stakeholder, named from their view ("Order to Delivery").
- Each stage lists the capabilities it uses and the value it adds.
- Processes are the detailed how, modeled later and only where needed.
- Agree the stream first; modeling processes before that wastes effort.
