  1. Build a five-year TCO for the top two options with every cost line and assumption.
  2. List benefits with owners, measures, baselines, and targets.
  3. Calculate ROI and payback; show capex and opex profiles per option.
  4. Run sensitivity on key assumptions (volume, delay, adoption, cost).
  5. Present to a role-played finance partner who tries to reproduce the numbers.
