Planned topics
- An SLI (service level indicator) is a ratio: good events over valid events.
- Availability: successful requests / all valid requests.
- Latency: requests faster than a threshold (for example 300 ms) / all requests.
- Correctness: orders processed without wrong results / all orders.
- Measure as close to the user as practical (gateway or load balancer, or client), not only inside the service.
