- Write the concerns table and the risk register with pause triggers and an incident runbook.
- Write the executive report template with baseline, outcomes, trade-offs, and decisions.
- The assessor injects an event (a secret leaked through an AI tool, or a defect spike); respond.
- Produce the executive report for the event period.
Acceptance: response follows the program's risk plan; executive report states outcomes and trade-offs.

Pass: at least five of six exercises correct, quiz at least 8/10, and a response that follows the risk plan with an executive report stating outcomes and trade-offs.
