- Inventory Platform 2.0's languages, frameworks, datastores, and CI tools from the case materials.
- Define ring criteria and publish a radar with an owner for each entry.
- Decide standardize, consolidate, or diversify for each area and justify.
- Plan one retirement with migration path, support offer, and deadlines.
- Review the radar and the plan with role-played tech leads.
Acceptance: radar entries have criteria and owners; retirement plan has a migration path and support offer.
