3. Planned mistake: the system prompt contains an internal note and a key; the attack leaks them. Fix: remove them and read the key from configuration.
4. Restrict the helper's data access to the current user's records only.
5. Validate the output against the record schema and encode it before display.
6. Add per-user rate and token limits, rerun the attacks, and compare the log before and after.
